Whether you’re headed out on an overnight backpacking trip high up by an Alpine lake, or headed out on a multi-month excursion on the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada, you’re probably not going to end up having a very good time if you find yourself hauling around an improperly fitting pack.

Having an improperly fitting pack can lead you to develop extreme pain in your back, shoulders, or hips, which can easily turn a potentially amazing experience into a nightmare. This video from Deuter demonstrates how you to properly fit and adjust your pack for a better experience out on the trail.
