When it comes to skiing everyday in Tahoe, the Atomic Century is hands down my favorite ski. Fast, snappy and fun, this is one of the best skis I’ve ever ridden. I grew up skiing the icy bumps of New Hampshire, so when I moved to Tahoe some eight years ago it was a bit of a change. Out here you need fatter skis for your everyday all mountain ski, and the Century at 100mm underfoot is perfect. The Atomic Century has a turning radius of about 20 meters, so while it’s not the ideal ski for practicing those GS turns, it turns smooth on the more wide open runs where long laid out turns are the best. From powder to chop, I haven’t ridden anything that performs quite like the Century.

I for one am not the most aggressive skier on the mountain, I like to cruise and have fun, From KT laps to Shirley, I ski it all and need an everyday ski that can keep up. The Century is so much fun to ski, it skis super easy so I don’t have to think about it that much, and the rocker in the tip of the ski makes turning quick and snappy. With rocker in the tip, and still camber underfoot, the Century rips everything from powder, to groomers, to chop. The Atomic Century is a solid, snappy, and fun ski that I would recommend to any women who skis the entire mountain hard but is not overly aggressive. And for the price it’s hard to beat. I love this ski, it’s just awesome, I highly recommend trying out the Atomic Century for your everyday all mountain ski.
