RETURN POLICY

If your are not satisfied for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund. Our only stipulations are that the merchandise is returned within 30 days and in good resellable condition with all tags still attached and packaging included. Please include your original sales receipt with your return or exchange. This will help us to process things as quickly and efficiently as possible.


You may make your return or exchange at our Squaw Valley or Truckee stores, or you may ship your return to our internet shipping facility.

You will need a Return Authorization Number to ship your return to our warehouse.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number simply give us a call at 530-587-2809 and ask for the web sales manager's desk or email us at websales@granitechief.com

Once you have received your Return Authorization Number fill out the Return/Exchange form enclosed in the box with your order and write RA number clearly on the outside of your return package. Sorry but returns that do not have the Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the packaging will be refused and forwarded back to you.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

You must pay the return shipping charges, but on the upside you can choose your preferred shipping method. Keep in mind if your purchase was over $50, we paid the ground shipping to get it to you, so that's not so bad. If your are returning for exchange because of our mistake, we will pay all ground shipping charges to get the correct item shipped back to you.

RETURNING SALE MERCHANDISE

In order to return or exchange sale merchandise you must obtain an RA number and ship the item back within 48 hours. There will be no refunds for items shipped back after 48 hours.


RETURNED MERCHANDISE DUE TO DAMAGE AND WARRANTY ISSUES

Granite Chief will cover standard ground shipping charges for approved damaged and warranty returns. Give us a call or email us to receive your Return Authorization Number then follow the shipping instructions above. Once we receive your damaged return, we will inspect it, and as long as the terms of the manufacturer's warranty policies are met, we will replace it. If the item is no longer available, we will give you a refund and refund your shipping charges as well. Don't forget to forward us your shipping receipts.

REMEMBER, RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER POSTED CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, WILL BE REFUSED.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship from the warehouse usually within 24 hours. Orders Placed Friday through Sunday will usually ship from the warehouse on the next regular business day.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

We are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

Granite Chief reserves the right to ship packages signature required for your protection.
Billing and shipping address must be the same or authorized by your credit card company.
