The Momentum DS Combo is a climbing harness package that includes the Momentum harness, an ATC-XP belay rapell device, and an Air-Lock screw gate carabiner, all at a gret price.  If you're looking for a package to get you into the sport, or need to upgrade worn or dated gear the Momentum package is one of the best in the industry.  The Momentum harness is comfortable enough for hanging, but isn't too bulky for tricky sport routes.
